I aged about 20 years in the 2 years I provided my indentured service. It left me with less faith in humanity.

The good thingsOpportunity to enjoy working with many people of different cultures. Best part of the job

The challengesTransparent incentives that disapear or can never be quantified. To achieve companies ambitious objectives be prepared to sell part of your soul. Work like a dog, late nights and plenty of unpaid overtime if you want to help the company make a fortune, be overlooked for any of your achievements and ensure those who master playing politics step on your head as they elevate themselves while you do all of the heavy lifting. Its not for the weak hearted. Overall pay was pretty rubbish, but they do provide free fruit on Mondays and Wednesdays and the global party was actually amazing, just a shame some elements of the culture wasnt cleaned up. Lots of wasted potential.

There is a high employee turnover rate, with good employees being laid off. I recommend staying away from this company.

The good thingsThe office location is convenient, and that's about it

The challengesFirst, the management always sets unrealistic goals and evaluates performance daily, which is the most incompetent management style I’ve ever encountered. Second, the management tolerates conflicts between teams and exacerbates internal strife by favoring certain teams.
