    The challengesHR Management: The HR management at this facility needs serious oversight and improvement. There were consistent problems with how employee matters were handled. Training Deficiencies: The lack of proper training was a major obstacle. I received no specific training on the sales funnel process, which is fundamental for any sales role. Additionally, there was no CRM training provided, leaving me without the knowledge to effectively use essential sales tools. Collaboration Restrictions: We were not allowed to share client opportunities with colleagues, which severely limited teamwork and our ability to serve customers effectively. Product Limitations: The products available were often not applicable to prospect needs, yet we had no negotiation flexibility to adapt offerings or find solutions. This made it nearly impossible to close deals or meet customer requirements.

    The challengesthe sheer volume of work doing manual lifting and sorting by and is outdated and slow, very intense physical work and lots of little things to memorise, and requires very good eyes and attention to details
