Great boss, great people, lower salary and new faces constantly
The good thingsThe Operations Director is a fantastic people-person; really willing to assist you when you need it and provide firm direction. Very approachable and always keen to share a laugh with you.
The challengesLack of possibilities for promotion. Lower paying salaries means we rarely get the experience we need and end up with clean-slates with zero knowledge who need training from the ground up. Unfortunately 'training' often involves being thrown in the deep end and/or paired with an employee who doesn't have the time to fully explain what needs to be done.
