The good thingsSome of the people are nice and fun to work with.
The challengesTerrible, dismissive management; they don't care about staff wellbeing. Really bad training, you will be expected to learn the job with little coaching. Zero growth opportunities, you're not even trained properly to do the job you're hired for. High turnover while I was employed there due to lack of empathy and passive aggressive, rude behaviour.

I liked working in the freight areas manually unloading onto conveyor belts, than sorting into correct locations and bays.
The good thingsExcellent company to work for your just full on and there's no room for lazy people or those who complain all the time.
The challengesWhen you first start out its about how you pick up fast or not, its about developing a rapport with your fellow workers. The Operation Management at the time I was working there could of at least honour he says I think I would be still working for Air Road.
