What’s it like working at Ultimate Positioning?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Ultimate Positioning appreciated the work/life balance, particularly for sales representatives, as well as the opportunity to work with great colleagues in their departments. The work was described as dynamic and varied, with chances to experience different areas of the business. Some employees valued the close working relationship with business owners.

However, there were concerns about the lack of pay rises, with employees expected to earn more through sales bonuses. Some felt there were limited opportunities for upskilling due to the repetitive nature of the work, and that room for career growth was limited, particularly with an aging management team. There were also concerns about questionable decisions made by management and the way they handled certain situations, as well as dissatisfaction with the work environment at Ultimate Positioning.

Good experience if you're starting off but that only lasts 3-4 years before you hit a brick wall.
The good thingsWork / Life balance if you're a sales rep otherwise you're doomed in the office.
The challengesPay rises didn't exist (they push for sales in order for you to earn the extra $$ through bonuses) Upskilling (very repetitive work) Room for growth does not exist unless the average 50s club management move on / cease. Queensland based company (go figure!)
