The good thingsI have worked at Several dealerships and have returned back to Trivett every time. The work/life balance and encouragement for career growth is second to none. They have made a lot of changes over the years and the leadership the company is currently under is driving so much growth and so exciting to be part of!
The challengesI wouldn’t say it is a challenge but the workload can be high at times, the good thing is there is so much support around you and people willing to help wherever they can. I have not found this same willingness at other Dealerships.
