Employees at Scania value their supportive and friendly colleagues, with many noting the positive team environment. The work/life balance is appreciated, along with training opportunities and a generally friendly company culture. Workplace perks such as BBQs and free fruit are also enjoyed.

However, there are some potential challenges, including management at the executive level that can lack connection to the workforce, and a heavy workload with limited support during busy periods. A great experience and would return if a suitable role was available.
The good thingsI was given the freedom to develop my Dealers. Most Dealers were supportive of our business plans through the years I worked with them.

This company will test and challenge you every day just to survive and remain sane.
The good thingsMy team and work colleagues are amazing and supportive.
The challengesNational office has challenges in supporting its front line staff. There are ridiculous processess that tie up customer interactions and relationships in red tape. All departments work in silos and there is a lack of support to operational staff unless your in with the clicky group. An accepted toxic culture. A real eye opener for sure.
