I quit with no back up plan because of how bad the other staff and multiple managers treated me. The good things..................... free coffee? and a pen on my fist day
The challengeshuge major gaps within training, hardly any procedures written down anywhere and if they are in promap they are not detailed enough, managers get angry when you ask questions, you have to walk on eggshells around certain managers, overall toxic culture, alot of favortism, young female staff are treated with more respect, manager will not even look you in the eyes when they are speaking with you, ego's are super high for no reason, the expectation to know a new job back to front within the first THREE months is insane, weaponising performance plans as a way to instill fear, details of other staffs behaviour/mistakes being discussed aloud with other staff present. I was forced to spontaneously quit due to the toll this was taking on my mental health. I quit with no back up plan because of how bad the other staff and multiple managers treated me - doesnt that just sum up my experience
