    Grateful to work with such a diverse group of strong, kind and intelligent women.
    The good thingsI have been lucky to have had a very clear path laid for career progression and have had every support from my Managers, the staff are well educated, kind, humble and have excellent values and all offer strengths coming from different backgrounds and cultures which is very refreshing.
    The challengesCovid has been challenging in terms of lockdowns and being able to predict terms classes and general customer service in changing times, it is a new world.

    The good thingsIt has been an absolute pleasure to join the Tiny Tutus family. Straightaway I felt valued and appreciated, and my skills recognised. There has been endless opportunities to advance my skills and I feel like my ideas and suggestions are welcomed and respected. It's definitely a fun (and pretty!) place to work and I look forward to seeing my fellow colleagues every single day.
    The challengesAs with any workplace, there is often stressful times - but this in no way has taken from the overall joy I have experienced working for this company.
