Good work place would highly recommend!
The good thingsThe people you get to work with are really good . Management does care in regards to what you have to say as they do a toolbox meeting every morning . They always try and make a point to keep a safe workplace . My hours were 6am to 2:30 pm which leaves you plenty of time to do as you please.
The challengesRepetitive tasks! But what do you expect you are working in a factory. But they do rotate people so they get to try out other areas of the warehouse.

got a lot of experience there (because you have to where many hats) but they do tend to squeeze you to the point where there is not a lot left. more so with management
The good thingsgeneral staff are good people.
The challengesmanagement are only focused on $, don't invest in there people as 'they rather get trained people in that are already trained up'. they pay is just OK, under market value rates and employ people not suited to roles because they know someone
