    Exciting, challenging and varied.
    The good thingsIf you're interested in entertainment, then this is the place to be. Fast paced, exciting and varied work, with a lot of autonomy and opportunity to work on different projects and events across a number of markets around the world. In my time at TEG, my career has chopped and changed and no two days are the same. If you're the kind of person that likes to see your work come to life in a tangible way, there's no better way than attending events you've been involved with.
    The challengesAs anyone would know, Covid-19 hit the entertainment industry hard, and TEG was no exception. With events cancelling in record numbers, all business within the TEG group had challenges. Now, coming out the other side, you will be able to jump onboard as the company grows and expands in a new world of live events. This can be exciting, but also brings unique challenges. Your relationship with your manager and immediate team are crucial to your experience (and general enjoyment) at TEG, so this may vary between teams. You will be expected to drive your own career progression, so having clear goals in mind is a must.
