Tefco has been operating for more than twenty years, originally established for the design and manufacture of Bearing Housings, machining of castings and other general engineering activities, but in more recent times we have forged a very successful Conveyor Pulley design and manufacturing business. (Conveyor Pulleys, Engineered Pulleys & Conveyor Drums)Over the last few years we have undertaken an extensive re-equipment program broadening our capabilities to offer larger contract CNC machining capacity to complement our traditional business and have established the most modern pulley manufacturing facility in the world. This required we establish a new 1,800M² machine shop on one acre of land at West Gosford where we have recently obtained council DA approval to extend the area under roof by a further 700M² next year.We utilise the 33 years of Conveyor components design and construction experience of our senior management to offer design & manufacture of conveyor pulleys, rigid couplings, drive bases, brake components & rope sheaves. We have the knowledge and equipment to do a large variety of complex CNC machining work & have close relationships with various foundries & forging companies to provide feed material. Our pricing is very competitive, and we offer a personalised prompt estimating service.Source: This is an extract from the company's own website.
