You won't be able to do quality clean with the time you have, cheap cleaning products & vacuums.
The good thingsThe job itself wasn't bad
The challengesFlexibility on the time if some areas are more messy than others and teachers having more of a say on what needs to be clean. principal decides mainly only their building, not classrooms. Using better clean products, not cheap ones, especially when you get the blame of old stains that have been there for years and maybe using more powerful cleaning products or just better or okay ones on those stains on Fridays where the smells/chemicals won't affect the kids on the following Saturday and Sunday.
Especially the biggest improvement needed is better vacuums, a $20 vacuum from Target is more powerful than their pathetic vacuums.

The good thingsI enjoy working with a supportive team in a safety-focused environment where reliability and teamwork are valued.
