The good thingsWorking with other drivers
The challengesEverything the worst company to work for. Management does not care about welfare and personal circumstances. Area manager North has a bad attitude towards most of employees including myself as supervisor. The company is 30 years behind. No structure, no self discipline. There is only one supervisor and one manager managing 9 depots. No control centre and fatigue management risk. Wage is very poor and even do extra does not achieve nothing.

While working there i enjoyed the bus driving, school kids/passengers were great, staff in most depots work well together, Management have made this company a very toxic environment. Driving training is minimal, get given a bus, job to do and sent on your way.
The good thingsLeaving! Most of the drivers were nice people.
The challengesOver rated Management- absolutely no idea what they are doing, make the rules to suit them selves and different drivers/ different rules. Favouritism was an all time high, suck up to the Management and you get what you want when you want while other drivers get nothing. No communication between supervisors/upper management. If you are underpaid you have to wait weeks to get it, if you get you are lucky.
