I've been with Source Machinery for a good while now, and I'm not going anywhere.
The good thingsIt's an agile, growing, family-run business where hard work and loyalty is rewarded. It's Perth based, so I can go home to my family every night. They value good coffee (so there is a great coffee machine for the staff) and there are lots of little traditions like buying lunch for everyone on the Friday before a long weekend, getting a cake when it's an employee's birthday, and going for an awesome end of year/Christmas dinner!
The challengesThere have been periods of rapid growth during my time with Source and at the moment the business could do with a larger premises, but I know they are actively looking for a bigger and better place in the same area.

My experience so far working at Source Machinery has felt rewarding and fulfilling. They have really looked after me. I find it a safe place to expand my professional skills and knowledge. Source recognise and look after people that work hard towards their vision and company goals. Their work culture has a close-knit family feel. Great team to work for :)
