The good thingsEven time roster, working with a great crew/team member.
The challengesNo support from management. They don't even believe in their own companies values (fairness, honesty). Claim to be family oriented but only when it suits them which was less than half the time in my experience. "Talk the talk" about safety but it definitely isn't precticed like they claim it is.
