Unstaffed and not flexible to accommodate the staff they do have.
The good thingsI was able to work remotely when I moved interstate to start a family however this was only due to a previous manager getting it over the line. It was made very clear to me that this was not to be repeated.
The challengesThey kept making people redundant, including managers. Constantly understaffed and management wasn't available as they were covering multiple roles. Underpaid most staff and wouldn't try to keep experienced staff when all that was needed was flexibility or additional money.
