    Hopefully things have changed since I worked there.
    The good thingsSome of the people I worked with were pretty cool.
    The challengesManagement and owners would never open to take on ideas suggested by staff. In house management was weak and micro managed by the owner which made it a very frustrating place to work. Management also played favorites with staff and their was certainly one set of rules for some and another set of rules for others. There were also many WHS issues not addressed, making it an unsafe work place.
