Overall, I would work at Secom as the benefits out way the small amount negatives that every company have.
The good thingsWork life balance is good, there is plenty of overtime opportunities. Management is professional and approachable.
The workplace is very diverse for the good part a lot of friendly guards in the team.
The training supplied is good and additional training is always available when asked.
The challengesEvery workplace has it challenges but there are no "challenges" that are no different than any other company.

Short-term is ok but no equality between guards and its worse than a schoolyard. Prone to maltreatment, persecution and intimidation with little support from management if it involves particular guards. I would be using alternative words to describe the last sentence but the filter is blocking me from what genuinely happens in that toxic environment
The good thingsEasy workload, some genuine and friendly guards. Local to home and some work/life balance
The challengesLong hours, always short-staffed so constant requests for overtime to the point of burning out guards. (Massive guard turn over) Cannot effectively do your role as a guard because there are some guards who work there who break the rules laid by management and management - due to friendship ties - will not act on those guards.
