Unsupported and unworthy of my time and energy
The good thingsThe staff training days and the Monday to Friday work days. Access to the company car to do tasks that were necessary outside the workplace.
The challengesLack of communication from management and feeling very unsupported in the role. There was little to no training for the traineeship outside of the course being completed and a lot of stresses and pressures were placed upon the administrative role. Profit seems to be the main focus of the company during my time working there.
