The remuneration and pay are excellent, and the work/life balance is valued, with flexibility to work from home. Employees also enjoy the challenging nature of the work and the good office facilities.

Do not work here unless you like toxic culture.
The good thingsGetting paid. After the stress, poor communication, lack of management and dramas, that was all that I could like.
The challengesThe work crews are very entitled and extremely well paid. They run the show and complain about everything. In the time I was there my direct manager and colleague never talked to me, no emails, no communication. No leadership from higher ups. I guess they were caught in the rudderless void as well. Leadership is something you do all the time regardless of your environment. There was a recent transition from Downer to Zinfra and was hoping for some culture change but left thinking there were no improvements. Work management tools were basically a horrible software app and many spreadsheets that were clumsily put together. Promises of improvement and development never came.
