    Poor management for good people
The good thingsGood people to work with and people support each other during Ekka
The challengesAll that support comes from coworkers not the company or management. They don't respect your time or work life balance.

Educational, but ultimately not suitable for those seeking a reputably professional workplace and career.
The good thingsThey host The Ekka every year and so there's opportunity to experience working in many different roles within that one event.
The challengesSome of the higher ups were a-lot of times over-invested in things which seemed always quite irrelevant to their employed job roles. (ie. their friends, and their social lives, being judged etc. ) As adults we struggled to relate at times.
