The good thingsWorking with National workforce really rewarding Direct supervisor and manager were really good
The challengesManagement all have different agendas, so the directions change depending who is on site. But it has slowly gotten better. Contractors walked all over the client Pleasing shareholders + Production over employee wellbeing Didn’t trust a word that came from upper management from Perth.

Disappointing, the recruitment process was promising but toxic culture will be Resolute's undoing.
The good thingsVery little, good place to get a start and get out.
The challengesLack of operational experience in the corporate office is just unbelievable. Current leadership team's level of self importance will hinder any chance of company growth in the future
