The good thingsSome colleagues were great to work with.
The challengesCorporate need to manage franchises better - the Principals over the agencies are terrible and knowledge is outdated. They are not in touch with the real world and are stuck in their ways - some 30 years ago. No pay rises either, they would rather watch people work out the door then pay employees what they are worth.
