The good thingsOne of the things i have enjoyed is how welcoming the business has been since i joined. The team have all been friendly and supportive and made me feel comfortable and part of the team from the start.
The challengesI think greater consistency over all the offices would strengthen the business and overall employee experience. But on saying that everything has been great so far.
