Good people and good potential, need to improve around workload.
The good thingsThere are some really good colleagues and you get to work with people from different teams.
The challengesThere has been a lot of change in the organisation, which has made things feel uncertain at times. The workload can also be quite heavy, with high expectations around KPIs and multiple priorities happening at once. It would be good to have clearer priorities, more realistic expectations and better communication about what is actually changing and when.

Strong colleagues, but leadership challenges remain.
The good thingsThe colleagues. Due to the nature of the work, you build strong relationships with your team and get to meet some interesting people.
The challengesThe company is currently undergoing significant organisational change, which naturally brings challenges. In some areas, existing issues from the previous structure appear to have been amplified rather than resolved. Employees are often encouraged to remain patient while improvements are being developed, however many staff feel there is limited visibility around timelines and outcomes. Over time this can contribute to frustration, reduced morale, and feelings of being undervalued or unsupported. Greater transparency, clearer communication, and more tangible action would help build confidence during periods of change.

Very busy, fear runs this place with so much focus on policies
The good thingsGreat experience working with hospitals, big projects, and interesting development in technology.
The challengesImpossible to get salary adjustment if you’re on visa. Some parts made in china assembled in Australia, cause a lot of faults. Training you get is only for policy and compliance.
