    RAA is by far is the best employer I have worked for! They genuinely care about their employees and nurture a supportive workplace.
    The good thingsI like the flexible working arrangements & friendly working environment. RAA care about your Wellbeing and have numerous programs in place to support their employees, from Mental Health First Aid to Employee Assistance Programs and off-site counselling Team leaders & managers want to see you succeed, no one wants to see you fail or quit before passing your probation period. Help and support are always available for those that need extra assistance. I feel very lucky to have the leader I do. The support they provide, and the team I am part of has made a difference to settling into my position at RAA There are career prospects, in varied roles within the organisation, if you are aiming to progress your career further. There is an on-site cafe and employee parking at the Mile End location.

    The challengesSimilar to any larger corporation, there can be hoops to jump through to gain approval for tasks. The benefits far outweigh any challenges.
