Shop floor level people are great to work with, senior management not so much. Several people sacked without any performance review or warning. Not a great environment to work in. Everyone was given a $1000 bonus from new owners but this was taken away by the company due to union disputing incorrect pay rises

Don't waste your time and effort. This job will drain your motivation fast and put you under intense stress and very suffocating environment to be in. You are underpaid for the workload and pressure they throw at you. Unbelievable, I'm glad I'm out of there.
The good thingsThere are some good things mainly the opportunity of meeting and working with good people of all background.
The challengesSupervisor here don't lead, they dictate, micromanaging is one of the kind I ever seen. Targets are completely detached from reality, being pushed to meet unrealistic target, especially in a pharmaceutical setting where safety and GMP should be non-negotiable but its different in this company.

Just dont, save your effort and time and look for another. staff turn over here is so high and I can see why.
The good thingsThe only good thing here is the handful of operators who try to help you and warn you for whats to come.
The challengesFirst day and the afternoon supervisor is already pushing and comparing me to a senior operator. GMP and work safety is absolutely terrible here , micromanaging from this one supervisor is next level, pressured to skip manufacturing steps to finish faster all for unrealistic production targets.
