    Good starting point but not somewhere to develop a career at.
    The good thingsHonestly? There was a saying at the back (in this case, workshop and warehouse) that the boys at the back looked out for each other and that was so true. I do miss the team and the culture/vibes.
    The challengesHonestly? Management and their manipulation, along with average pay, sometimes ridiculous work loads and expectations, along with a proper lack of organization and structure.

    The good thingsPowell is a growing company with allot of opportunities, if you do your part they will do their part, decisions get made quickly, family owned which means if you work hard and prove yourself you will definitely have doors open.
    The challengesIts a growing company, with any company that grows there is always growth "pains" that's just what happens when companies grow rapidly.
