Great Opportunities
The good thingsAble to develop my skills and learn a lot. I was apart of a great team, had a lot of fun. Seeing patients benefit positively from advice was amazing. Will give you training you need or want.
The challengesManagment and structure started to decline over the years I was there. There is a disconnect between management and staff, especially from head office. Burn out is prevelant in this industry but managers do care about your mental health and wellbeing.

Great management and staff, great place to work.
The good thingsThe management and staff were fantastic which made it a very enjoyable place to work. We were friends and not just work colleagues. The work was interesting as well.
The challengesI worked in the Aged Care section which moved to Belmont so this was an issue for me. I stuck it out for about 12 months but then I resigned. If they hadn't have moved I think I would have stayed there forever. It was always very busy so the job was pretty full on.
