    Money is the only goal
The good thingsI had one really nice manager and some nice coworkers who were great to work with and my manager tried to make sure I always had shifts every week
The challengesI got hired when they were already over staffed so I constantly was only working 1-2 4 hour shifts a week if I was lucky. My manager who kept giving me shifts even if I wasnt needed got fired for not prioritising making money. The new manager got told by my 2IC that I quit so she didnt have to roster me leaving me without work for months until another new manager found my 3 month review hidden in old paperwork. This company couldnt care less about you or your wellbeing. Money is the only thing they care about.

Gave me some great operational skills I still use to this day, however the leaders need work
The good thingsSome very knowledgeable people, most of whom were willing to share their experience and help you gain skills. A few of the senior team members were worth their weight in gold and truly were passionate about what they did!
The challengesA lot of the leaders were there because of tenure, not necessarily skills. Saw some very bad practice and advice given. Lots of emotional decisions made. Huge discrepancy in equitability amongst pay due to no award or guidance used. It was like the HR Manager decided to pay whatever they felt at the time, rather than doing research into market standards or competitiveness.

I’d rather have to deal with every single karen in the world then work here again.
The good thingsThe only good thing would be the trauma bonds you make with your coworkers
The challengesHonestly, everything to do with management. I was lied to for over a year. I worked extremely hard and was rewarded with having to train someone to take my place, instead of offering me a position in which this person was given. All that happens is lies, manipulation and cold hard slap in the face for your hard work.
