Good workplace but won't hesitate to pay you peanuts.
The good thingsExcellent co-workers and good staff, managers and project managers are good 9/10 times Positive work environment and you can get the help you need really easily, easy to learn on the job.
The challengesQualifications and experience are next to useless, everything is simple and can be learnt on-the job and they will go out of their way to pay you the bare minimum, and on a monthly pay too. Good starting point but don't stay here.

HR need to be retrained on the basics
The good thingsHanding in my resignation
The challengesHR demonstrated a lack of understanding around workplace safety and fairness. They allowed management to dictate outcomes, ignoring staff concerns. When evidence later emerged, their mishandling was exposed, damaging their credibility and trust.

    Rollercoaster of a ride
The good thingsThe other techs and engineers you worked with all had the same goals and were very service oriented. You always felt supported within your team and had opportunities to upskill within other technologies.
The challengesManagement were only ever interested in the bottom line which affected customer success and created a lot of pressure on the customer facing engineers to deliver. HR were ruthless! Goal posts for pay rises continually changed. Extreme demands of on-call, continually working 2 weeks out of 4.
