    The challengesCommunication almost all by email/skype takes some getting used to. Learning about software development has been a bit of a challenge for someone not familiar, though most developers have been very good with taking time to explain things.

    Perfect place for junior and mid level IT professionals to grow.
    The good thingsPeople are friendly and the chain of command is very short. Most employees are responsible for their own projects so it's easy to take pride in what you do. Working hours are quite flexible and there is rarely any pressure or strict deadlines.
