The challengesMy experience at Moore began with a lot of hope. I was excited to join a company that spoke so highly about its values, fairness, and employee wellbeing. I worked hard, received positive performance reviews, and both of my managers were happy with my work.
Unfortunately, my experience didn’t match the values the company promotes. I felt that my manager was unfair and biased towards certain team members, and when I was being unfairly treated at work, there was no real support provided. It was extremely discouraging to feel alone and unprotected in that environment.
Despite my consistent performance and positive feedback, just before my probation ended, I was told by HR leadership that I was “overpaid” for the role. After giving my best effort, it was disheartening to feel that my hard work and dedication didn’t matter.
This company speaks very highly about its values, but unfortunately, my personal experience did not reflect them. I

The good thingsThe office is nice and there is a lot of great professionals working there.
The challengesMost Directors are arrogant, biased and do not respect the company's policies neither its employees. They do as they please and are allowed to do so by both P&C and the CEO. Promotions are based on how much you are liked by the partners and equity partners. The turnover rate is high not because they are hiring wrong but because the environment is toxic.
