Dont waste your time here - dead end career moveTerrible place to work. No structure, top management are unprofessional, lack leadership skills, staff do what they want, come in late, take additional breaks. there's no KPIS or performance reviews. i would not recommend.

The challengesAdministration work is very boring, just waiting for the phone to ring, no challenging time constraint tasks, very poor management, coworkers all get paid differently for working in the same role and management forces you to deal with very rude customers instead of terminating the phone call.
