    Disappointing experience, do not recommend!
The good thingsThere are some great people there but unfortunately, they are not listened to.
The challengesI worked for this company and, based on my experience, I would not recommend them as an employer. I found the workplace to be highly unprofessional, with a culture that did not prioritise employee wellbeing or safety. Fatigue was not taken seriously, and there were times when we had to work weeks on end and I felt employees were expected to work in ways that were inconsistent with safe work practices. I also experienced what I considered to be unfair and quite confronting. Raising concerns or questioning unsafe or inappropriate practices did not seem to be welcomed. Rather than addressing legitimate concerns, I felt employees who spoke up were treated unfavorably, while others who engaged in inappropriate behavior appeared to face little or no accountability. During my time with the company, I observed decisions where work proceeded despite safety concerns being raised. In my experience, production and schedule often appeared to take priority over safety.
