I am thoroughly enjoying myself at Mine Tech. The good, bad and the unknown. I am listened to, considered and supported in my proposals. We dont have all the answers, but are working towards a best practice and taking the business to the next level! Exciting times ahead!
The good thingsMine Tech has so much opportunity to create and drive change. They have a huge desire to grow as an organisation. They dont claim to know everything or have all the answers, but the culture they want to build moving forward is exciting.
The challengesWith any young company, there will always be challenges when finding your feet. None that cant be worked through. The good thing is that there isnt an embedded culture or historical way of doing things so every change is a new challenge, but it is embraced.
