    Valuable Security Experience Across Diverse SitesMy overall experience at MCS Security was positive. I had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles and locations, which helped me build a well-rounded skillset in the security industry. During my time with MCS Security, I served in several positions, including Static Guard, Covert Security, Patrolling Officer, Asset Controller, and Loss Prevention Officer. I was stationed at key locations such as Kmart Perth CBD, Lakeside Joondalup, Galleria Morley, and Midland Gate Shopping Centre, among others. Positives: The company provided consistent opportunities across different sites. I gained experience in handling different types of security responsibilities, which improved my adaptability and situational awareness. Teamwork and communication with most site supervisors and fellow guards were generally good. Negatives: Shifts and rosters could be inconsistent at times, especially during low-demand periods. Communication from management regarding shift changes or updates sometimes lacked clarity or notice. Limited opportunity for advancement or training beyond basic duties.

    I have worked with this company for more than 6 months, always asking for work but when they are in need they will give you and force you for the work, if they are not in need they just ignore you.
    The good thingsThere is so much to tell but not worth to waste my time and efforts.
