We opened the first restaurant in Australia, the outdoor lifestyle reminded me of Baja. It had that sense of “la familia”, everyone was welcoming and relaxed. We have proprietary recipes made to authentic Mexican recipes and products. We are committed to serving the best flavours and freshest quality produce that you an roll into a burrito. And more than just food we want to share the vibe and sounds of Mexico in our restaurants. We’re incredibly proud of the performance of all our restaurants and business partners. In Australia, we have been voted I love Food Awards’ best Mexican, twice in a row. The New Zealand business is in the top ten Fast Franchises and making waves. Its exciting but we’re staying focused on one thing, making and sharing the best Baja style burritos in the world.Source: This is an extract from the company's own website.

A fun and supportive workplace that’s great for gaining experience and working with a friendly team.
The good thingsGreat team environment with supportive managers who are always willing to help. The workplace is fast-paced but fun, and you get to build strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexible shifts make it easier to balance work with study, and the culture is welcoming and inclusive.
The challengesCan get very busy during peak hours, which can be stressful at times. More staff during rush periods and clearer role allocation would help improve workflow.

absolutely horrible. only work there if it is the last resort it is traumatising
The good thingsthe food was good and that was about It.
The challengesthe management was horrible, favoured people, threatened to dock someones pay for an inaccurate portion of guac. the owner was rude and condescending. I hurt myself one or two times and instead of following protocol she started to compare her "injuries" with mine, minimising the whole experience.
