Learnt a lot, but poor culture, little support and unrealistic expectations made it unsustainable.
The good thingsGood place to learn a lot about real estate and get experience across different areas. Fast-paced, always something happening, and there were some good people in the team (none that are left now).
The challengesHigh-pressure environment with unrealistic expectations, poor work-life balance and limited support from management and head office. Staff across both sales and rentals were often treated poorly, concerns weren’t always taken seriously, and there was a lot of workplace gossip and negativity. Overall, the culture felt unsupportive and unhealthy.

Toxic property management team culture
The good thingsNothing really to be honest.
The challengesThe culture and management is horrible. Absolutely no training - didn’t even get the log in to my computer, had to wait until the seniors finished gossiping. There is constant whispering in the office which was very uncomfortable, constant signalling to each other to talk in private, barely got a hello in the morning, 0 questions and interest about me as a person and no attempt whatsoever to try and make the new team member feel welcome - very cliquey and two-faced.
Also quite shocking to see people wear slippers, uggs and sandals to a real estate job as well as constant vaping and foul language.
