What’s it like working at Linfox?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees at Linfox value their supportive co-workers and appreciate the company's strong safety focus with clear processes. Many note that compensation and benefits are competitive, and some enjoy good work-life balance with flexible arrangements, particularly for working parents.

However, there are some potential challenges, including management practices that vary across locations, with concerns about communication and consistency. Some employees have noted favouritism in certain sites, while demanding workloads and understaffing can create pressure. Additionally, training processes could be more structured, and the fast-paced environment may not suit everyone.

The challengesIt's the most depressing company I have worked for, with really bad psychosocial behavior and micromanagement. No upskilling, no training. I wrecked my life by staying here.

Wouldn't go back and don't miss it.
The good thingsNot many good things besides your immediate Co-workers.
The challengesAlot could be improved. the Procedure, time frames, work ethic, communication, managers listening to their workers so both jobs can be more efficient and safer instead of just shutting down the workers suggestions. long story short it was like working in a Jail with 3 sets of rules, weren't allowed a list of things unless you were a favourite. the harder you work, the worse you're treated. the less work and poorer quality of work you do, the better the countless bosses treated you.
