What started off as sweet quickly turned sour
The good thingsCoworkers & other casual employees are the only redeemable part of working here.
The challengesStart with the CEO then move down the ladder to HR, accounts & the in store managers.
Way too high of expectations by head management are forced upon in store managers which in turn made it difficult for casual & part time employees.
Many times deliveries would arrive late & the workers would be expected to get it out on the deadline set by head management.
There is a lot of micromanagement involved from the way jeans are folded, displayed to how customers were interacted with.

Workplace bullyculture is their core valeA seriously toxic workplace with bullyingculture, but the leader will only ignore the behavior, protects the offender, and even joins in. They were also even proud ofbullying others. For the sake of your mental health, do not work for this company — you’ll experience their ‘special’ culture as early as the job interview.
