The good things99% of crew were great and the flying is amazing.
The challengesManagement is the worst, it's no wonder they have lost the contract. Crew are treated badly, rostering is a mess and no just culture.

Run far, far away from these guys
The good thingsDoor is open for you to leave and work somewhere better.
The challengesHorrifically incompetent "senior" management that have less skills and knowledge than junior staff and way out of their depth, some projects feel like they're making it up as they go, getting messages out of work hours for non urgent things by said management.
