What’s it like working at KBR?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees appreciate the competitive pay and salary, flexible work arrangements including hybrid and work-from-home options, and the opportunity to work with skilled colleagues on large-scale, interesting projects. Office perks such as well-stocked kitchens and social events are also valued.

However, there are some potential challenges, including concerns about senior management and leadership direction and competency, limited career development opportunities, and work-life balance pressures with extended hours. High staff turnover, recognition and support from leadership, unclear communication, and a siloed organisational structure are also areas that employees feel could be improved.

Not a good environment, toxic hierarchal culture.
The good thingsCompensation was average, hybrid 2 days per week.
The challengesIn my experience, the company operates with a significant lack of accountability regarding leadership decisions, due process, and technical competency. There is minimal due diligence, leading to unmitigated technical risks on projects. Management attempts to promote positive workplace culture feel entirely superficial. The culture relies heavily on deflecting responsibility, which creates a highly stressful, untrustworthy, and psychologically unsafe environment. Navigating the lack of leadership transparency and integrity has a profound negative impact on staff well-being and mental health.

not a place to be like what they say
The good thingswork from home setup and free coffee
The challengesextended working hours even in the weekend, no career development program as what the company profile says, no work life balance. working from home takes longer working hours. no standard working procedure for a big company like this. top management doesn't really care about people well-being. full of people in the senior role without the correct knowledge and experience, highly incompetent. no health benefits like what they said. I won't recommend this company to my network. if its not for my team and my circumstances i already leave this company long ago.

Horrible. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.
The good thingsOnly good thing about this business was their initial offer. And the parking was free.
The challengesYou don't receive pay rises, nor are there 12 month reviews. Managers everywhere with no idea what the work entails, EXTREMELY high turnover rate over 12 months. Those who do stay are treated like machines rather than people, as they have all the knowledge retention. No progression of career, isolation from other teams. No work life balance.
