Insufficient feedback and expectations

The good thingsThe staff were lovely enough. But felt very cliquey. Was given the necessary equipment to complete tasks given.

The challengesMore feedback would have been appreciated and clearer expectations needed for the job role. Was terminated after only being there a few weeks due to not having the skills required for the position, despite informing them via resume and face to face interview of my skills and limitations. Felt as if I was unable to settle in to the new environment before my time was up. Had a review with my line manager only three days before being terminated, which did not provide sufficient time to even apply any feedback recommendations into my work. Unfortunately due to the probation period, am unable to take this further. Furthermore, it seems that the required work expectations set do not allow for the required breaks. Often working through without stopping or continuing to work through unpaid meal breaks. This was not known to me until after being employed. Considering the requirements, more information should be provided in the job description if they are after specific skills.
