    The management make it hard to work here.
    The good thingsGood crew. Nice gym. Food is good.
    The challengesCommunication is a huge challenge at Karara. The management pay no attention to you if you don't speak Mandarin. Any idea or in improvement is generally ignored. The place is hanging on by a thread. Bonuses are not paid, no salary increases even with CPI and ever changing conditions. If your looking somewhere to work maybe look elsewhere.

    If like being treated as number and not relevant, place for you.
    The good thingsShort flight. Good gym. Good team members.
    The challengesPoor leadership and management. Attitude of "as long as job gets done". People with expierence not utilised, internal issues and conflicts shrugged off. People in roles they shouldn't be in. Safety attitude of making examples to justify their positions. Can be very toxic and isolating environment. Upper management no care of work force , just expect things dont at drop of a hat. No recognition or appreciation, low morale.
