Management needs PROPER training on dealing with employee burnout and mental health support.
The good thingsI enjoyed the wide variety of customers who came through the door, they always had good stories to tell and new ideas to bring to life. I enjoyed testing my own knowledge and skillset, while also helping other women that they can also thrive in male dominated industries.
The challengesThe rate of incentive given to employees, workplace safety - especially regarding mental health, taking feedback on board from the team on the ground instead of continuously pushing numbers, and having a duty of care for your staff when they are in active burnout.
