    My experience with iPlay was enternaining and enjoyable.
    The good thingsIn my time with iPlay I enjoyed working with fellow staff members and overall working in the arcade and handing out prizes gave an entertaining work environent where there was never a boring moment.
    The challengesThe challanges I faced when in this role would be dealing with a heavy load of customers single handedly when other, senior positioned staff memebers were busy with their roles. Anpther challange this role had was dealing with customers making requests that could not be fulfilled and maintaining a healthy attitude throughout the situation.

    The challengesIt was sometimes difficult to figure out issues with cards/customers; after a while, you get used to it and understand the solutions, though.
