What’s it like working at Intergraph?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Intergraph offers several positive aspects that employees value, including excellent work-life balance and flexible working hours. The company culture is enhanced by supportive management who encourage personal development, and a positive team environment where colleagues work well together.

Employees need strong organisational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects, and the large corporate structure can sometimes result in slower implementation of changes.

Not great. Senior Management spent too much tie schmoozing clients and travelling on pointless junkets. More focus was needed on product sales, listening to the teams delivery issues, adopting good governance (and basic source control).
The good thingsThere were no good points, just leaving.
The challengesGetting the company to adhere to industry norms and standards and getting sales staff to push back on clearly unrealistic expectations.
