    Not great. Senior Management spent too much tie schmoozing clients and travelling on pointless junkets. More focus was needed on product sales, listening to the teams delivery issues, adopting good governance (and basic source control).

    The challengesGetting the company to adhere to industry norms and standards and getting sales staff to push back on clearly unrealistic expectations.

    I enjoy the challenges and time working here
    The good thingsFlexible working hours. Management is very supportive and approachable. They also encourage staffs to continue with our personal development (attending courses, study leave etc) Team is great. Everyone works well together and friendly
    The challengesIt's ever changing environment so it requires everyone to be able to adapt to change quickly. Lots of process improvements and systems integration, hence many projects going on at the same time. It requires a good organisation skill and being able to multi-tasks

    The good thingsIt is very flexible and top management care about staff. Work & personal life balanced. company dont expect to work overtime but work smart. its is at good location
